Snapshot Saturday - the BVI safari bus

Today, I'm once again participating in Snapshot Saturday which is sponsored by Alyce of At Home With Books! Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don't post random photos that you find online.

Our safari bus drivers like to decorate their buses in colorful and fanciful ways and this is one of them,

The back depicts an underwater scene

And the side is a beach scene.

  2. That is so cool! Public art on the move! How I wish I could be on board and headed for that beach right now!

  3. I like this so much! My husband and I were watching a travel narrative, Himalaya, last night in which Michael Palin visits Pakistan and we were both struck by the beautiful art on the buses there. Stunning, as is the art you've shared here. Thank you.

    Here's my Saturday Snapshot.

    1. Hi Nise - actually there are a couple of guys who do this and the drivers usually hire them. It doesn't turn out well for the ones who try to do it themselves. :)
